Ordering from outside the nordic countries

The the moment our webshop does not offer automatic payment and shipping options outside the Nordic countries. However, we can process orders manually. Please send an email to info@surfspot.se with the items you’re interested in and the shipping address, and we will provide you with a shipping quote. We can ship to most countries worldwide. For orders outside the EU, VAT (20%) will be deducted.

Ordering from nordic countries

Normally, the webpage automatically adjusts to your currency and displays payment options for your country. However, if you are using a VPN, you will need to click on the globe icon on the homepage and select your country to access the webshop tailored for each Nordic country.

Ordering from Denmark and Finland

At SurfSpot.se, VAT is always included in the listed price. Since Denmark, for example, is part of the EU, you do not need to pay additional fees or VAT. We deliver all products and accessories via Posten or DHL. The normal delivery time from SurfSpot.se is 1-3 business days for in-stock items, while delivery times for non-stock items are slightly longer.

For Denmark and Finland, you can pay by invoice, card, or international transfer. The shipping cost is 199 SEK for packages under 80 cm x 50 cm x 40 cm. For larger packages, please contact us at info@surfspot.se for a quote.

Ordering from Norway

Since Norway is not part of the EU, customers ordering from Norway will see all prices excluding the Swedish VAT of 25%. If you want to view prices in the webshop without VAT, you can log in and register your Norwegian address as the delivery destination. Then, all prices in the webshop will be displayed without VAT. Even if you do not create an account, VAT will be deducted when you select Norway as the shipping country at checkout.

As a Norwegian customer, you may need to pay an import fee, customs duties, and the Norwegian VAT of 25% when the goods cross the border. However, most products have a 0% customs duty between Sweden and Norway according to trade agreements.

The shipping cost to Norway is 299 SEK + VAT, provided the item is not bulky. This means the maximum size is 80 cm x 50 cm x 40 cm, and the package must not weigh over 30 kg. If the package exceeds these limits, a different price applies, and we will contact you before shipping so you can approve the shipping cost.

Delivery to Norway usually takes 3-5 business days. Customs clearance may take a few additional days, but this process is beyond our control and is handled in dialogue with the recipient. We always complete the necessary customs declarations for you.

For orders to Norway, you can pay by invoice, card, or international transfer.

Payment Methods for Norway, Finland, the EU, and Denmark

Card Payment – 0 SEK
If you choose to pay by bank card or credit card, no extra fee will be charged. We currently accept VISA and MasterCard. Payments by card are processed by our payment partner, Svea, a major payment provider in Sweden that ensures full card security.

International Transfer – 0 SEK
Within the EU, and often in Norway as well, international transfers to Sweden are free. Therefore, you can pay us the same way you pay your regular bills via online banking. You make an international payment by entering the IBAN and BIC/Swift code, and the funds will reach our account within a few days, allowing us to ship your order.

Invoice – 49 SEK
Customers can choose to pay by invoice. The invoice has a 10-day credit period and is sent via email to reduce environmental impact. If the invoice is not paid on time, a statutory reminder fee of 50 SEK will be added. The late payment interest rate follows the standard rate according to Swedish interest law. The invoice fee is 49 SEK, covering credit checks and administration. All invoice orders undergo a standard credit check before approval. If Svea does not approve your invoice, you can still complete your purchase using a bank card or international transfer.
